Nigerians love parties. Not just parties, they love to have good food served at your party. It is a culture that no one dares break the line. To have a swell party atmosphere, your food must be on point. And this is where finger food, or small chops, comes in. finger food has gradually taken over parties and events in Nigeria today that almost all parties can’t fly unless there is a plan to serve small chops.

However, because everybody knows the best way finger food is served, they have a tiny bit of a perfect expectation as to what you are serving them. The first thing that happens is always the best feeling - just imagine your small chops pack is opened and then some major snacks are not present, there will be war. But if your guests smile, then your party rocks.

Nigerian Sausage roll ranges from the trademarked products such as Gala, Bigi,and Super bite which are popular in most major cities (sold by hawkers during traffic jams) and the sausage rolls sold at major eateries.
But no matter what type of sausage roll you buy, Nigerian sausage rolls usually contains a beef filling and is simply delicious which qualifies it as a small chop in a finger food pack.

Grilled chicken consists of chicken parts or entire chickens that are barbecued, grilled or smoked. There are many cooking styles for grilled chicken though, but it has to come out really cooked and garnished in the end. Barbecue chicken is often seasoned or coated in a spice rub, barbecue sauce, or both. It has to join the finger food gang because it tastes great with the other snacks.
